Armenia wants hydro finance

The Armenian Ministry of Energy is negotiating with German groups hoping to raise €100 million for construction of a 60 MW hydro electric plant in the north of the country. A feasibility study by German engineers Fichtner, has found the so-called Lori-berd development could be completed within two years at a cost of €100 million.
