BE to restart reactors

The two reactors had been shutdown to allow for inspection, repair and the preparation of safety cases related to tube fracture problems after extensive cracking in boiler tubes was discovered.

The reactors are to be restarted over a period of several weeks, but are to be limited to running at 70% capacity.
