2 July 2007

Siemens will supply the SSC-300 Cogen plant - comprising two SGT-300 gas turbines, two heat-recovery boilers, low voltage system, medium voltage system and an automatic control system - to PJSC Grodno Azot, the largest chemical manufacturer in Belarus.

The plant will deliver 7.5 MWe and 19 tonnes/h of steam for production and export of fertilisers, chemicals and consumer goods.

Commissioning is scheduled to take place early 2008.

The total efficiency rate for the SSC-300 plant to be delivered is 90.3%, significantly higher than current levels.
