The Danish energy company has signed agreements with PGE and Energa to sell its business for a total of PLN1 billion (DKK1.8 billion).
PGE and Energa will acquire separate parts of the business, which has a leading position in the development and operation of onshore wind energy projects in Poland.
The sale is part of Dong's strategy to dispose of assets with a combined value of DKK10 billion over the next two years to help fund other activities.
Dong's onshore wind energy business in Poland includes three operational wind farms with a total installed capacity of 111 MW and a development portfolio of 700 MW.
The company is expected to focus on offshore wind energy development in other parts of Europ
