EdP branches into US wind

The transaction values Horizon at $2.15 billion and is expected to close by the end of Q2 this year.

Horizon currently owns 559 MW of operating wind projects and has a further 997 MW under construction to bring capacity to 1,556 MW in 15 different states by the end of the year. Horizon also has a further 9 GW of pipeline projects.
