Electrabel is to acquire the farm, comprising 16 wind turbines with an output of 2 MW, for €55 million
The move follows a 2002 cooperation agreement for the development of projects in Portugal generating up to 214 MW which calls for the development and
construction by Gamesa of wind farms and the gradual acquisition of the latter by Electrabel as and when they are commissioned.
