E.ON has welcomed the 14 April decision by the Hamburg Finance Court to uphold motions filed by E.ON for provisionally refunding nuclear fuel tax of about €1.7 billion.
E.ON said the decision reaffirms its serious doubts about "the constitutionality of the nuclear fuel tax and its ompatibility with EU law."
