EU Commission to rule on UK emissions allocation

The decision follows a legal victory by the UK that forced the Commission to at least consider its revised allocation of carbon dioxide emissions after the UK successfully argued that its initial allocation was an estimate.

The European Union is expected to decide soon whether to approve the revised NAP.
