Final UES genco defined

Dominant Russian power player Unified Energy Systems (UES) has completed the process of registering six new wholesale generation companies (OGKs) based on thermal power plants. OGK-1, the last of six to be registered, will join 14 smaller territorial generating companies (TGKs) and a single, state-owned hydropower company with an installed generating capacity of 22.5 GW.
