The contract, at approximately $75 million, was awarded by the Salt River Project Agricultural Improvement and Power District (SRP). Foster Wheeler was previously awarded a contract in 2006 to supply the boiler for the project.
Erection of the boiler is expected to begin in April 2007, with commercial operation scheduled for late 2009.
