Germany approves ninth offshore wind project

A ninth offshore wind energy project has been approved in Germany.

The 400 MW development is expected to be installed near Germany's north-western border with Denmark 70 km west of the island of Sylt.

GEO of Enge-Sande plans to install 80 turbines of 5 MW each.
