The UK’s Mitsui Babcock has acquired a majority 76% interest in Energo-Inwest from Electrownia Rybnik with a three year option on the remainder.
Energo-Inwest is based in Rybnik, southwest Poland and is primarily focused on the thermal power generation market, providing a range of project management and on-site services. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Electrownia Rybnik, is part of the EdF Group.
