UAE • M & A A new joint venture business to be called Power Developments Inter-national FZCO has been formed by an alliance between Innogy of the UK and MJB of the UAE. It will be based in Dubai and operate from within the Jebel Ali Free Zone. It brings together Innogy's plant building experience and MJB's gas turbine service and repair organisation. PDI is being set up to provide 'fast response turnkey energy solutions to a wide range of industiral and utility customers'.
