US utility Florida Light and Power has signed up Framatome ANP to provide outage services for the utility's Turkey Point and St Lucie nuclear power stations. The deal covers 14 outages over five years beginning in 2003. Work at the nuclear facilities is expected to include reactor disassembly and assembly, fuel movement, reactor coolant pump and motor maintenance, and steam generator services.
