Shanghai plans wind

The project is expected to cost some yuan 800 million ($103 million ) to build after the companies set up a joint venture, called Shanghai Huagang Wind Power Generation Co, to operate the project. The project is expected to be completed by the end of 2007 and will use 15 1.5 MW turbines.
