Siemens I&C in the Czech Republic

Electrical and I&C systems in the _EZ-owned Tusimice coal-fired power plant in the Czech Republic are to be modernised by Siemens in a deal worth some EUR100 million.

The ETU II lignite-fired plant consists of four units each with an installed capacity of 200 MW located in Tusimice, 100 km west of Prague. Siemens will be installing its new SPPA-T3000 I&C system.
