In addition, GE Energy Financial Services will inject a capital contribution of €20 million in return for 1,212,000 new shares and, as part of the agreement, will also be granted warrants to acquire 3,000,000 additional shares, potentially bringing its stake to 22%.
GE Energy Financial Services has a number of wind farms in Germany, located at Alsleben, Krusemark, Grossvargula and Zabelsdorf. They are composed of 66 REpower 1.5 MW turbines and 44 GE 1.5 MW turbines.
