Turbine repairs at Cooper cleared

NPPD said that the emergency resolution streamlines the procurement process, reducing the time required to bring the reactor on-line. Cooper was taken off-line on 26 May, when higher than normal vibrations were detected in one of the turbines. The vibration resulted from the breaking of one of the turbine's rotor blades.
