The public auction sold holdings by UES, Kuzbassenergo, SIBENCO at a reserve price of RUB5.7 billion ($219 million).
The shares were sold to InvestEnergoProekt, which offered RUB5.95 billion ($228 million) or roughly $407/kW installed at the 600 MW plant.
The Zapadno-Sibirskaya plant supplies about 42% of its heat directly to the West Siberian Steel Mill.
