Nooter/Eriksen-CCT - a joint venture of US company Nooter-Eriksen and the Italian Marcegaglia Group - has won an order from Enipower to design, supply and install eight heat recovery steam generators at four Italian facilities. Enipower requested two HSRG designs. Seven of the eight units will be designed to recover heat from Siemens V94.3A turbines, while the eight will be fitted to a V94.2 turbine firing synthetic gas. Completion of the eight units is staggered, with the first plant scheduled to enter service in 2002 and the last in 2004. The combined capacity of the four plants will be around 2500 MW.
