The Electric Power Research Institute has been commissioned by Visayan Electric Co, Davao Light and Power Co and Cagayan Electric Power and Light Co to examine ways to improve the reliability of distribution in the three companies’ networks. The results will help the three utilities prepare for the restructuring of the Philippines power sector.
