Renesola has formed a partnership with UCK Group that will see the two companies develop a pipeline of solar farms in Turkey.
Renesola and UCK, a leading Turkish solar energy developer, will develop up to 116 MW of capacity. UCK Group’s Berak Enerji will develop and construct the solar power plants, while ReneSola will design the plants and supply high-efficiency solar modules and inverters.
On starting operation, the projects will be transferred into a new joint venture in which Renesola and UCK Group will each hold 50 per cent.
The companies intend to commission 70 MW of the pipeline by early 2017.
