Rolls-Royce and the Turkish company Bilkent Holdings have formed a joint venture to build, own and operate a cogeneration plant at Bilkent University in Ankara, Dow Jones reports.
The new plant will expand the existing 4 MW Bilenerji power facility, providing electricity, process steam and hot water to the university and to Bilkent manufacturing units.
They also intend to develop other cogeneration and industrial power generation facilities, with outputs of between 10 and 100 MW, in Turkey.
