Gulf Total Tractebel Power Co, a 50/50 venture of Total and Suez-Tractebel, has awarded the turnkey contract to Doosan Heavy Industries & Construction Co.
The project comes with a 6 year-extension of the power and water offtake agreement until 2029. In addition, the company has announced amended refinancing arrangements under better terms and conditions.
