Peter Voser is to take charge of ABB’s Financial Services division. voser, who joined ABB in March, will take responsibility for the division’s four business areas; structured finance, equity ventures, treasury and insurance. The Strategy and Ventures group function will also fall within Voser’s brief as the company’s Chief Financial Officer. Voser is replacing Jan Roxendal who has been head of financial services activities since 1991.
