Alstom will pay $242 million for the acquisition and will fund it through internal sources where it will be part of the Power Service Sector of Alstom.

Calpine Corp subsidiary, Power Systems Mfg, a supplier of parts and low-Nox upgrade solutions for gas turbines, is to be sold to Alstom.
