The Iberinco subsidiary of Spanish company Iberdrola has won a Euro 9 million contract to develop three substations at Durres, Elbasan and Berat, expand the Rashbull substation and develop 23 km of transmission lines. The contract was awarded by Albania’s Electrical Power Corp, KESH, and is funded by the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
