EXHIBITION OVERVIEW

1 January 2007

The Polish power sector is currently the largest in Central and Eastern Europe. With the Polish government embracing its newly deregulated market, consumption of electrical power is expected to increase by 60 - 80% over the next 20 years.

The recently restructured energy market has opened the door to new players, making Poland and the whole Central and Eastern European Region, an exciting, evolving and relevant power landscape

Our vision is to provide an international platform in the heart of Europe whereby investors, power industry professionals and government officials can meet to implement the infrastructure, innovation and initiatives to meet the demands of the Central and Eastern European Power generation, transmission and distribution industry in the 21st Century; stimulating the new trade, investment and export opportunities that this region demands.

We chose an exhibition and conference format to enable the discussions and strategies to be made in the conference and then the actual contracts to be negotiated and implemented on the “shop floor” of the exhibition. We have also created a special facility within the conference and exhibition to cater for Investors and Power Producers to ensure that the information is at hand to enable strategic decisions to be made. We will be showcasing all aspects of power generation, transmission and distribution including Nuclear, hydro, fossil, Gas turbine, renewable power, innovation and investment.

The Central European Power Show exhibition and conference is the ideal place to:

• Introduce your products and services to a new and emerging market

• Acquire the best-qualified sales leads and create long-term relationships

• Monitor your competitors activity

• Establish new business contacts
